Returns may be submitted via our return policy link in your order/shipping confirmation email.
Return shipping fees are paid by the customer. Shipping fees are never refundable.
We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. All returned items must be shipped exactly as they were received with all accessories included. We recommend that liquid and aerosol hair care products, if opened, be placed in a sealed plastic bag prior to returning the item. No returns will be processed after 30 days. The 30 days is calculated from the ship date. Upon our receipt of your authorized return, please allow up to ten business days for refund processing.
